PROCESSING TIME
All orders require a minimum of 1-2 business days of processing time to be:
- Picked
- Packed
- Prepared
To then be then sent off to for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. Where our products are obtained from, or shipped by, third party
suppliers, we may no warranties or guarantees on the timing of your receipt of our Services
or products ordered from our Site, and accept no liability to you whatsoever as a result of
any delay in your receipt of goods ordered from the Site.
We are happy to offer FREE shipping and this involves your purchase and any exchanges or returns.
We ship orders and support our customers during these challenging times.
Due to the additional safety protocols that are being implemented in the warehouses, you may experience a delay of an additional 2 to 4 days in receiving your order. The shipping method is Standard Ground Service to all destinations within Canada. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and in the safest manner for you.
Please note that orders that being placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday - Friday are usually shipped the same day (the day you place your order is Day 0). While orders that are placed after the given time are considered the following day's orders.
